Why Weight Loss Stalls with Hashimoto's & Hypothyr Why Weight Loss Stalls with Hashimoto's & Hypothyroidism - Free 5 Day Challenge starts on Monday 13th April.

I know that showing up for yourself can sometimes feel hard,  especially when you’re already dealing with fatigue, brain fog and everything that comes with thyroid conditions.

So I’ve decided to add two prizes to the challenge to give you a little extra motivation and support.

Prize 1: Most Engaged Participant

This will go to the person who is most involved throughout the week - showing up, engaging, taking part.

You’ll receive a 30-minute 1:1 Food Diary Analysis session with me (usually €99), where we’ll look at your meals together and identify simple, personalised shifts to support your energy and weight.

Prize 2: Random Draw

Everyone who signs up for the challenge will be entered into a draw to win a copy of my Hashimoto’s Healthy Eating Recipe Ebook (usually €17).
