Diet is the foundation of our health. Get this right and we can build everything else from here.
It is critical that we eat the right foods in order for our bodies to function efficiently. The majority of our immune system lives in our gut. It is important for those of us with auto-immune diseases that our gut health is optimal.

The foods we eat or don’t eat are often a major underlying cause of this inflammation. We will discover which foods are causing a reaction so you can cut them out. This will result in a huge improvement in symptoms.

Stress

Stress management is critical for hashimoto’s thyroiditis sufferers. Stress slows thyroid function and increases the severity of symptoms.

Dealing with Hashimoto’s often means stress becomes our default setting. This doesn’t only affect our mental state. It affects every area of our bodies. Many of us struggle with chronic underlying stress as a result of our condition.

We can’t always remove the stress from our life but we can manage how we respond to those stressors. This will improve digestion, and absorption of vitamins and minerals. It will reduce inflammation and improve immune function

Insomnia is no joke! Lack of sleep increases inflammation which suppresses our immune system. It makes us more susceptible to chronic disease. Good sleep is critical to lower our inflammation and regulate our immunity.

On my programme I will give you the tools and techniques to improve your rest. Poor sleep could be the underlying cause for your brain fog symptoms. I will help you reduce anxiety, confusion, irritation, poor memory and function.

Exercise can be difficult with hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Yet, it is critical for mental and physical health. Excercise will improve your mental and physical well-being.

Fear not. You don’t have to run a marathon to see these benefits! With my programme we will find excercise that suits you. Regular, gentle exercise such as walking, yoga or tai chi are great. They can all show the same benefits as intensive exercise.

Exercise will boost your energy levels and lower fatigue. It will boost your mood, lower depression and anxiety. Together we will get you moving again!

Nutrient deficiencies are common with hashimoto’s. This can often be due to reduced stomach acid production and to food sensitivities among other things. Using your food diary and in-depth health questionnaire its possible to identify these deficiencies. This can be backed up via testing where necessary.

Identifying and correcting nutrient deficiencies allows for healing protocols to be introduced through diet, lifestyle and supplementation if needed. Correcting deficiencies is critical in order to achieve a symptom free life!

Free 30 minute “No obligation” Call

I can find out more about you, your history and circumstances. You will find out more about the course and how I will help


Food diary and in-depth health questionnaire completion

After your first payment I will send you a mandatory food diary and health history questionaire. These are critical to getting the programme up and running.

The food diary requires two weeks of detailed recording of everything you eat and drink in that period.


1st Video Consultation - 90 minutes

The kick off! We will discuss your diary and questionaire and build a tailored plan for you. This plan will be your first step to beating Hashimotos.


7 x Follow-up Consultations - 60 minutes

Every 3 to 4 weeks we will have a video call to discuss your progress. If you are struggling with any aspect of the programme I will find ways to make them work for you.


Final 6 month Appraisal - 60 minutes

The end of the start of the new you. We will go over everything you need to continue with your improvements. I will help you ensure that the lifstyle and dietary improvements you have made will stick.

What do I need to do before the first call?

You will be required to keep 14 day food, mood and symptom diary. Additionally you’ll need to complete an in depth health questionnaire.

Once these two items are complete we will have our first video call as soon as possible.
